Address Information and Modification

Address Accuracy

  • Language Requirement: Please provide addresses in English, including street number, building number, room number, and postal code.
  • Modification Process: Contact us before dispatch if you need to change your address. No modifications are possible after shipping.

Undeliverable Regions

Standard Shipping via Yun Express has restricted or undeliverable regions. Please verify that your delivery address is not within these regions before placing an order with Standard Shipping. Affiliated islands are generally not eligible for delivery.

  • United Kingdom: Overseas territories and offshore islands, including British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey, may not be eligible.
  • United States: Remote areas, overseas territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses may be excluded.
  • South Africa: Addresses including box, posbus, plot, plaas, farm, private bag, or privaat sak, as well as affiliated islands, may be excluded.
  • Philippines / Chile / Colombia / Singapore: Certain restricted areas are not eligible.
  • Japan: APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon addresses are excluded.
  • South Korea: Certain remote areas, PO BOX, and military addresses are excluded.
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon: PO BOX addresses are not eligible.

Duties and Import Taxes

General Policy: Customs policies vary by country, so we cannot control import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs charges. Product prices do not include VAT or import taxes unless specifically stated at checkout. Please consult your local customs office for details.

Tax-Inclusive Shipping: Standard Shipping via Yun Express may include taxes for many countries. However, we are not responsible for additional administrative or handling fees imposed by your local courier or customs office.

Undelivered Packages

Customs Issues

If your parcel is held in customs, we will notify you as soon as possible when we receive carrier information. Failure to provide required information or pay required taxes may result in the parcel being returned to the origin warehouse or destroyed. Re-shipping may incur additional fees. If you choose not to retrieve the parcel, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returned Packages

If an undelivered package is returned to us, we will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange a new shipment where possible. If a new shipment is not feasible, a refund may be issued minus original shipping charges and carrier fees.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for consequences or fees caused by incorrect address or phone number, recipient being unreachable, refusal to sign, no-signature delivery choices, refusal to pay local taxes or processing fees, failure to provide customs documents, or theft/loss resulting from recipient negligence.

Order Assistance & Help

After receiving your order confirmation, please check the products, quantity, shipping address, phone number, and email. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Faulty or Missing Items

If a package arrives damaged, missing parts, or with an incorrect item, contact us with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.

Incorrect Products

If you believe you received the wrong watch tool or part, do not install or modify it. Contact us first so we can review the product, measurement, and order details.

Special Customs Requirements

Some destinations may require tax ID numbers, customs documents, or additional recipient information. If the carrier asks for these details, please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Delivery speed depends on destination country, carrier route, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
