Refund and Returns Policy
Faulty Products or Incorrect Orders
We strive for strict quality control, but occasional issues may occur. If your product is faulty or you received the wrong order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping fees.
To report a quality issue, email us at [email protected], and we’ll suggest solutions. If the issue requires technical inspection, we’ll ask you to return the product and provide a replacement. The return address will be shared based on your location.
Not Satisfied with the Product?
If the return is not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as we are currently unable to provide return shipping labels. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Provide proof of purchase or receipt.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached.
- The original packaging must be intact.
Note: Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Received the Wrong Layout or Version?
If you received a product with the wrong layout or version, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Attach the following:
- A photo of the product
- A photo of a note with the tracking number written or printed
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Submit a cancellation request before the order is dispatched (processing time: 1-3 business days).
- After Shipment: If the order has been shipped, we’ll attempt to intercept the package, but success is not guaranteed. If interception fails, you’ll need to return the package upon receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we confirm the returned package’s condition, we’ll refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Group Buy Refund Policy
- Before Closing: You can cancel your group buy spot before it closes. A 10% cancellation fee applies.
- After Closing: Refunds and cancellations are not allowed after the group buy closes, as payments are immediately sent to the manufacturer. Delays in production or shipping are not valid reasons for cancellation and will be communicated via Mail.
Refund Process
Refunds/replacements are processed once we receive the returned product. It typically takes up to 5 business days for the refund to be issued. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further details.
